These Terms govern your use of Streameria, a web application for moderating live chat across Twitch and YouTube. By signing in and using Streameria, you agree to these Terms.
You create a Streameria account by signing in with Google. Separately, you connect the Twitch and/or YouTube accounts you moderate with. Your login identifies you; the connections you add are what carry moderation permissions.
1. Eligibility and authorization
You may use Streameria only if you are an authorized moderator (or the streamer) for the channels you moderate, and only to perform legitimate moderation. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions on each platform.
2. Third-party platforms
Streameria integrates with Twitch and with YouTube via YouTube API Services. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Streameria is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Twitch, YouTube, or Google.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use Streameria to harass, abuse, or unlawfully target users.
- Do not attempt to circumvent platform rate limits or API terms.
- Do not use Streameria for any unlawful purpose.
4. Your data
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. Disconnecting a moderation connection does not delete your Streameria account, and signing out of your account does not by itself revoke a platform grant. You can revoke Streameria's access at any time through your Google or Twitch account settings.
5. Availability
Streameria is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streameria is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including moderation outcomes on third-party platforms.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
